Catalyst introduces learners to their unique DiSC style through a narrative-style format, providing personalised insights into behavioural preferences and tendencies. This foundational understanding paves the way for a transformative learning experience filled with “aha!” moments.

Upon completing the DiSC assessment, participants receive a detailed, personalised profile via the Catalyst platform. This narrative-style report helps participants:

Everything DiSC Workplace Learning Modules
Guided by Culture Stretch, the Everything DiSC Workplace profile comes to life through five engaging learning modules. These instructor-led sessions, available both virtually and in-person, spark meaningful conversations and “aha!” moments, making the learning experience both real and enjoyable.
Module 1: Your DiSC Style
Participants explore the DiSC model and map, gaining a deeper understanding of their unique DiSC style and receiving personalised insights.
Module 2: Your Colleagues
Participants pair up to learn more about each other using the Catalyst platform’s “Your Colleagues” page. They discuss their continua results and explore new ways to collaborate effectively.
Module 3: What Drives You
Participants explore their workplace priorities, motivators, and stressors, gaining insight into how their styles compare with others. This helps them identify ways to be more effective at work.
Module 4: You and Other Styles
By using the DiSC model, participants gain a better understanding of their colleagues and how they respond to different DiSC styles, enhancing their ability to work effectively with diverse personalities.
