Personally, the impact of DiSC and EQ was more than I would've imagined to begin with. I initially started off and thought this wouldn't do much for me and that I didn't need to change myself. As time went on, and I had more workshops, I realised how much I needed to work on myself, and certain situations with those who are of a different style to me.
